We’ve been there. Sold homes we’d have rather kept because we couldn’t fathom being long distance landlords. Now that our family is retired from the military, our goal is to work with other military families to make keeping your forever home more manageable.

Sometimes issues arise with your home that don’t necessarily need a $500 dollar visit from a plumber, but do need some TLC. Every month we provide a complimentary hour troubleshooting, per yours and your tenants request. We’ll be there when you can’t be.

What We'll Do
With 22 years of experience working on a variety of platforms, Dan is capable of troubleshooting and performing minor maintenance. He can communicate to you exactly what is going on within your home when issues arise (because they always do) and advise you when it’s necessary to hire a professional.
For someone stationed 3,000 miles away, it can be hard to coordinate with local plumbers, electricians, carpenters, etc. when your rental has a problem. That’s where Erica comes in. With a knack for logistics management, she’ll handle communication with local businesses, your tenants, and you, to quickly arrange the services your home repair requires. Additionally, with an eye for details, Erica will perform a walk-through inspection of your property every 6 months (if defined in your lease agreement).
